The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recently received a notice of intent to sue (NOI) that may be of interest to you. The Clean Air Act NOI is submitted pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 7604(b)(2) for failure to take final action on State Implementation Plan (“SIP”) submittals addressing Reasonably Available Control Technology (“RACT”) per the 2016 Oil and Natural Gas Control Techniques Guidelines (“CTG”). This information is provided for your information only, and this notice does not require you to take any action.
